Default Question about recording gameplay

I want to know a program to use if I want to record myself playing for several minutes. I tried fraps but it only seems to record for 30 seconds at a time.

Thanks for your help,
Kel

Ok I'll look into that gamecam thing. I read in another thread about using Windows Media Encoder, and I downloaded it last night but didnt have time to look at what settings to use. Also dont have time today so could anyone just tell me what settings to record the audio and video while playing.

Again, thanks.

I use Fraps and then STOIK Video converter (freeware, look it up) to compress.

Yep, talking about reading - maybe if you practice what you preach then you might overcome your obstacle.

Fraps can record for more than 30 seconds... it just costs $37 to do so
